We had a store in Coconut Grove, Florida for 25 years. It was open 18 hours a day, 7 days a week. We raised three daughters with that store. They became good buyers and retailers. We still have it in our blood although we sold the store long ago. Now we are at it again with the same type of merchandise but we come to you in cyberspace.

The three stepped out and searched all the little corners of the wholesale world . . . New York, Miami, San Francisco, and even those teeney places in Tobago, Bahia, and St. Maarten. "How does this look on me?" "Oh my God, that's to beautiful to leave behind!". "Grab this . . . Grab that, Girl!" And so the days and weeks went by until they came back finally with what you see on these pages. The trick now has been to keep the goodies coming. And to find even newer and more wonderful pieces! Remy has carefully shot the best photos for you to see true colors and judge for yourself what is best for you. He has weighed and measured each piece. We have tested them for strength and wearability. Everything is described in our catalog. Shipping Information:

USA only (until we gain worldwide shipping knowledge) Please allow 1 business day to fill and ship orders. For now, we are sending by USPS Priority Mail which we find can get the parcel to you within 2-3 days. Our Flat Rate is $5.00 which includes all items in your order no matter how many or how much they weigh or size. We have experimented with Priority Mail for many weeks and found that they have some new methods that improve tracking and delivery. Both of us will be receiving automatic e-mail giving up-to-the-minute progress of the shipment. We are down here in the southern end of Florida and have sent to northwestern, northeastern, southwestern and Alaska delivery in under 3 days. Cool!

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Full refund for merchandise only, not for shipping costs,will be honored if request submitted within 10 days of receiving item. Merchandise must be returned in saleable condition before refund is sent out. Please send e-mail explaining problem. I will phone you with return/refund instructions. Full refund will be made using same payment method.

What are your payment options?

1) Online: For now, only PayPal. We plan to have Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

2) Offline: Pay by check or money order. Call me on the toll free line (leave your phone number on our answering machine; we will call you back). We will take your order and wait for your check to arrive in mail. We ship soonest check clears. This is the old way but you save on shipping costs since we use the post office costing less than two dollars.

What are your shipping options?

For now, USPS Priority Mail (read above). I am writing this May 15, 2008. We are experiencing the following problem: Due to fuel cost increases, Carriers (except USPS Priority Mail) are adding surcharges almost on a daily basis. We can’t keep up with it. Besides, USPS has added new tracking tools and somehow have become very good at getting a package to you in 2-3 days. Let’s stick with this while it’s really good and of course cheaper . . . our flat rate is $5.00. If your order is $35.00 and over we charge zero shipping charge but you have to remember to put the code a33108 into the little box when you are making your payment in the checkout section. Otherwise it will charge the $5.00.

How do you prepare each piece of jewelry for shipping?

Jewelry is attached to a Bijoux Remy display card which is slipped into a gold jewelry gift box. The gift box is then slipped into a bubble mailing envelope and shipped via USPS. Reading Glasses are placed into a reading glasses case and then into a bubble envelope. We cannot offer insurance, for now, or be responsible for damage caused by shipping.
